We're undertaking a full demolition and new construction project on this incredible waterfront property, replacing an outdated structure  with a custom-designed home that blends modern living spaces with traditional Cape Cod architectural elements.

The current phase involves the demolition/removal of the existing structure as well as site preparation. The new build will incorporate contemporary floor plans and systems while maintaining classic Cape exterior details—shingle siding, traditional rooflines, and proportions that complement the neighboring homes and coastal aesthetic.
