What sets him apart is his ability to connect with clients. He understands their vision from the very first conversation and keeps communication clear, direct, and solution-oriented throughout the project. Charlie lives in Brewster with his wife and two kids, and when he's off the job site, you'll find him fishing, golfing, snowboarding, or biking with his family around the Cape. What started as framing work turned into a passion for solving complex problems—whether that's engineering creative solutions for challenging sites or incorporating green building techniques into traditional Cape Cod homes. With over two decades of hands-on experience, Matt brings both old-school craftsmanship and forward-thinking innovation to every project. A graduate of Northeastern University with a dual major in Accounting and Management, he blends strong financial expertise with a lifetime of hands-on construction experience. John has worked in construction his entire life and earned his Construction Supervisor License (CSL) in 2025, giving him a practical, field-grounded perspective that strengthens his financial leadership.
