Charlie's been building since 2000, starting as an apprentice and learning the trade from the ground up. What sets him apart is his ability to connect with clients. He understands their vision from the very first conversation and keeps communication clear, direct, and solution-oriented throughout the project. Charlie lives in Brewster with his wife and two kids, and when he's off the job site, you'll find him fishing, golfing, snowboarding, or biking with his family around the Cape.

Growing up in Orleans and graduating from Nauset in 2001, Matt fell in love with construction early and never looked back. What started as framing work turned into a passion for solving complex problems—whether that's engineering creative solutions for challenging sites or incorporating green building techniques into traditional Cape Cod homes.

With over two decades of hands-on experience, Matt brings both old-school craftsmanship and forward-thinking innovation to every project. When he's not on site, you'll find him on the water with family and friends, fishing the flats, or making the most of Cape Cod summers on the boat.
