This Chatham renovation was planned as an update to an aging '70s Cape-style home. Through preconstruction, we uncovered underbuilt structural framing, inadequate insulation, and a series of construction shortfalls. These issues made a full remodel down to the studs the better choice.

With the homeowners aligned on the new direction, we rebuilt from the ground up, preserving the home's classic Cape silhouette while bringing every system, assembly, and finish up to modern standards. Interior touches include a refined kitchen with custom millwork and a layout reworked for how the family actually uses the home.
