Nestled on picturesque Main Street in Harwich, our newly constructed mixed-use building is more than just a structure—it’s a modern reflection of Cape Cod charm paired with sustainable, thoughtful design. Completed in the spring of 2025, the building was envisioned as a community-centered destination that brings retail, residential, and professional life together under one roof.

Rooted in local heritage and inspired by Harwich’s timeless coastal character, our goal was to create a space that feels connected—to the neighborhood, to local businesses, and to the people who will live and work here. The building welcomes a diverse group of occupants: a street-level boutique clothing store, a sunlit professional office space, and a thoughtfully designed second-floor apartment that perfectly balances privacy and convenience.
