This new construction project encompasses both a primary residence and a detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) strategically positioned among mature trees to minimize impact on the neighborhood character. Taking a phased approach, we first completed the ADU, which features traditional gray clapboard siding and a covered porch, before transitioning to the main home.
